How long is the typical rental period?
Our standard rental period is 1-2 weeks, but if you need more time, just email us at info@saraphernalia.com, and we’ll be happy to extend your rental (for an additional fee).

What if I need to cancel or modify my rental?
We get it—plans can change! Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to make adjustments. Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing.

How do I know if the item will fit me?
We recommend scheduling a styling appointment at our Bristol, PA location to try on your rental and ensure a perfect fit. Our team will be happy to assist you with style advice and adjustments!

What if I damage or stain the item?
Accidents happen! We ask that you care for your rental as you would your own clothing. Minor damage is usually covered, but significant damage or loss may result in a repair or replacement fee.

Can I purchase my rental if I love it?
If you fall in love with a piece, we’ve got you covered! Some items are available for purchase at full retail value. Simply reach out to us at info@saraphernalia.com to discuss the purchase details.
